Our team will assist with scheduling and any documentation you need to bring. Please ensure you have your referral first before contacting the clinic to book and appointment.

What should I bring to my child’s first appointment?

Please bring:
 • Your Child ( Your child must be present for all appointments otherwise you will not be eligible for a medicare rebate)
 • Your child’s Medicare card
 • Any referral letter from your GP/specialist
 • Any previous medical reports or test results
 • A list of medications your child is taking (if applicable)
 • Ensure you have completed the intake and consent form

Do you offer referrals to other specialists?

Yes — where needed, we can coordinate referrals to sub-specialists such as cardiology, sleep medicine, ophthalmology, nutrition, physiotherapy, and more through our networks, ensuring comprehensive care.

What if my child has an urgent medical issue?

If your child has a medical emergency, call 000 immediately or go to your nearest emergency department. We are not an emergency clinic however our priority medical clinic  offers expedited appointments for acute concerns (non life threatening) when referred appropriately.
